Meet Lydia, our Project Support Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Lydia to the Helix CMS team, who joins us as Project Support Manager – marking an exciting step forward for our company as we continue to deliver excellence to our clients and the wider community. 

Lydia brings with her a wealth of skills and experience that perfectly align with our company and values which is invaluable in maintaining clear and effective communication across all levels of our business. 

In her role as Project Support Manager, Lydia works closely with our Company Directors, Project Managers, and Site Managers. Her responsibilities include ensuring that projects are efficiently set up on our digital management software, Procore. Read more about how we connect and collaborate on all of our projects, here. 

Lydia also plays a key role in organising and distributing project documentation and assisting with various tasks that are crucial for successful project delivery. Lydia's ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with her self-starting attitude, makes her a perfect fit for our team. 

Her excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ensures that our projects continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Lydia is a tremendous asset to our team, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on our projects and clients.

What projects have you been working on?

Cottingham Parks Golf & Leisure Club and the University of Hull Lecture Theatre.

What is it about Helix CMS that drew you to the role?

I feel that the job role appealed to me as there is a lot of opportunity for growth. I love working together in a team and I’m proud to be a part of the Helix team. 

What are you looking forward to achieving before the end of the year?

By the end of the year I would like to be even more confident and successful in my role with Helix CMS.

What’s one piece of advice you would give about delivering successful projects?

When delivering projects, it is important to have all the key skills at the forefront. These include good organisation, clear communication and working well in a team.  

What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?

Outside of work I love spending time with friends and going out to eat.
